The second game I made in this app (it’s awesome)!!! (If you don’t want to read 2 paragraphs, skip to the bottom for a summary.)
The aim of this brand-new Christmas-themed totally-not-a-rip-off-of-angry-birds game is to decorate a Christmas tree without making too much of a mess… the twist is that you’re using a slingshot. I don’t know why you’d use a slingshot when the branch is in arm’s reach and why you wouldn’t put on the baubles like a NORMAL person would, but eh. Maybe you’re living life the hardcore way, or you’ve accepted a challenge with your best friend to see whose favourite stuffing the turkey is going to be stuffed with, (or you’re not normal,) but that’s the game. Deal with it. :P
Anyway, moving from the philosophy of the game to how to actually play it, to start the game you just tap anywhere on the screen on the main menu. To aim the slingshot, you use the D-pad and pull it back. If you decide that while you’re aiming you want to get back to the menu for whatever reason, just press B (your progress WON’T be saved (the high score will be updated though)). To fire the bauble, press A. If you miss, though, you’ll gain a ‘smash’ point corresponding to the colour of the bauble launched. You can spare up to 3 of the same coloured baubles, so if you smash them, it’s game over! Also, the baubles you have left are shown on the left. If you manage to get to the game over screen, you can press A to retry, or B to return to the menu. One more thing; to reset your high score, you’ll find that in the first few lines of the code there’ll be a few “REM”s. Remove the “REM” in “REM RESET=1” below the note and start the program. Remember to replace it when you’re done!
